Hyatt adds Bahia Principe resorts to loyalty program
Hyatt Hotels Corporation has expanded its World of Hyatt loyalty program to include Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts, adding more than 20 all-inclusive properties across the Caribbean and Spain.
The integration brings approximately 12,000 rooms into Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection and marks a key milestone in its joint venture with Grupo Piñero. Bahia Principe becomes the ninth brand within the collection, offering members more options for all-inclusive travel.
World of Hyatt members can now earn and redeem points at participating resorts in destinations including the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Jamaica and Spain. To celebrate the launch, Hyatt is offering a limited-time promotion allowing members to earn double points on eligible stays between April 1 and June 30, 2026, after registration.
The expansion also introduces a refreshed brand structure for Bahia Principe, with two distinct segments: “Explore” for families and groups, and “Escape” for adults-only experiences. The repositioning aims to better align with evolving traveler preferences and deliver more tailored resort experiences.
Featured properties include beachfront family resorts in Punta Cana, nature-focused stays in Mexico’s Riviera Maya and adults-only retreats in Tenerife. These resorts combine leisure, entertainment and cultural experiences, reinforcing Hyatt’s strategy to grow its presence in high-demand leisure destinations.
