Kyriad Prestige adds four-star hotel in Sarrebourg, France

Kyriad Prestige Sarrebourg Les Terrasses has opened in southern Moselle, bringing 50 rooms, a restaurant and wellness facilities to a property above the town’s Les Terrasses shopping centre.

The four-star hotel welcomed its first guests in summer 2026. Positioned at the crossroads of the Strasbourg–Nancy and Metz–Alsace Bossue routes, it serves business travellers and visitors exploring the region’s forests, waterways and cultural attractions.

The property forms part of Louvre Hotels Group’s Kyriad Prestige portfolio, the four-star offering within the wider Kyriad brand family.

50 rooms, a pool and spa facilities

Accommodation includes twin and double rooms, superior doubles, suites and studios. The hotel is accessible to guests with reduced mobility and offers a restaurant, lounge, bar, swimming pool, spa and fitness centre.

Parking and electric vehicle charging stations are also available.

Its location above the shopping centre places the hotel within an established commercial hub. The property has formed partnerships with local businesses including FM Logistic, Ferco and Schott VTF as it develops its corporate travel business.

“Located at the heart of a major business hub, this hotel reflects our commitment to developing projects that create significant local value, directly connected to the region’s economic and tourism dynamics,” said Krystel Blondeau, Managing Director France at Louvre Hotels Group.

Regional suppliers shape the dining offer

The restaurant focuses on locally sourced ingredients and short supply chains. Regional products also feature at breakfast, including jams from La Hoube, honey from Rucher de la Sarre and cheeses from Ferme de Ritterwald.

The hotel operates with a team of 15 employees. Construction began in June 2023, with local companies including SASSO, SANICHAUFF and Menuiserie Roger involved in the project.

Louvre Hotels Group credited investor Francis Welsch with supporting the development and its connection to Sarrebourg’s wider economy.

A base for exploring Moselle and the Vosges

In Sarrebourg, cultural attractions include the Chapelle des Cordeliers, home to a monumental stained-glass window by Marc Chagall, the Musée du Pays de Sarrebourg and the historic town centre.

The surrounding region offers access to the Vosges forests, the Rocher de Dabo viewpoint and the valleys and ponds of the Sarre.

Other excursions include the Abreschviller Forest Railway, the Saint-Louis-Arzviller Inclined Plane and Sainte-Croix Wildlife Park, giving leisure guests a choice of heritage sites and outdoor activities.

The opening adds to Kyriad Prestige’s gradual expansion across France, with the Sarrebourg property combining the brand’s four-star facilities with a location serving both local businesses and regional tourism.
