Sofitel and Nespresso Launch Limited-Edition Croissant and Coffee Menu at 20 Hotels

Sofitel has partnered with Nespresso to launch a limited-edition croissant and coffee pairing experience at 20 hotels around the world.

Available from September 1 to November 26, 2026, the collaboration forms part of Sofitel’s La Haute Croissanterie programme and pairs three specially created pastries with hot and cold Nespresso coffee recipes.

Called “Please Disturb,” the experience is offered through in-room dining, with each order completed with a final preparation or finishing touch inside the guest’s room.

Three Croissants Paired With Nespresso Coffee

The menu features three combinations developed around complementary flavours in the pastries and drinks.

Le Brulé pairs a crispy honey cream croissant with a decaffeinated Cappuccino Mousse Brûlée. Almond and orange flavours appear across the pairing, with orange blossom and zest complementing the honey notes of the pastry.

L’Epicé combines a coffee and chocolate croissant with a spicy chocolate coffee made with oat milk. The pastry features coffee-chocolate ganache and passion fruit, while Sichuan pepper adds spice to the pairing.

The third option, Le Tonique, pairs a Paris-Brest-inspired croissant with an Iced Orange Espresso Tonic.

The pastry combines hazelnut praline diplomat cream and roasted hazelnuts, while the drink uses espresso, tonic, orange zest and orange blossom notes to contrast with the richer pastry.

“Partnering with Nespresso for this latest limited-edition run of La Haute Croissanterie has allowed us to elevate one of gastronomy’s most iconic pairings, the inimitable café-croissant, into a truly harmonious moment,” said Anne-Cécile Degenne, Corporate Executive Chef at Sofitel Hotels & Resorts.

Pairings Are Finished Inside the Guest Room

Rather than serving the combinations as conventional room service, Sofitel has added an in-room finishing element to each order.

Depending on the selected pairing, the final step can involve brûléed sugar, an aromatic citrus mist or freshly grated dark chocolate and Sichuan pepper.

Guests can order the menu throughout the day via room service.

The concept builds on Sofitel’s La Haute Croissanterie programme, which uses the croissant as a way of highlighting the brand’s French identity across its international hotel portfolio.

Nespresso, meanwhile, has developed both hot and cold coffee recipes specifically to complement the pastries.

“Coffee holds a special place in every guest’s journey, and transforming this iconic pairing into an exploration of the senses together with Sofitel’s pastry chefs has been an inspiring collaboration,” said Sacha Wittorski, Coffee Expertise & Mixology Specialist at Nespresso.
