Aman Announces First Luxury Property in Dubai, UAE

Aman is set to open its inaugural property in the United Arab Emirates, Aman Dubai, offering an unparalleled luxury experience in one of the world's most vibrant cities. The new hotel, situated in Jumeirah 2, will feature exclusive residences, a sprawling spa, and private beach access.

Aman is expanding its luxury hospitality portfolio with the introduction of Aman Dubai, its first property in the United Arab Emirates. Located in the prestigious Jumeirah 2 area of Dubai, the hotel aims to become an oasis of luxury amidst the bustling city landscape. The project is being developed in collaboration with Bright Start, a notable real estate investment company, and delivered by H&H Development, renowned for their expertise in the UAE real estate sector.

Aman Dubai will offer an all-suite hotel experience alongside a select number of Aman-branded residences, ensuring an exclusive living opportunity for those seeking unparalleled luxury. The property will also feature an expansive Aman Spa covering 2,000 sqm, various dining options, and an Aman Club, providing guests and residents with a comprehensive suite of amenities.

Set to grace the Jumeirah Beach shoreline, the resort will boast private beach access, ensuring privacy and exclusivity. The design, crafted by Kerry Hill Architects (KHA), will encapsulate minimalistic and contemporary aesthetics, drawing inspiration from Arabian hospitality traditions, the architectural heritage of the region, and the natural desert landscape. The nine-acre garden and waterfront views are set to become defining features of Aman Dubai.

Vlad Doronin, Chairman and CEO of Aman, expressed enthusiasm about responding to guest requests for an Aman presence in Dubai, highlighting the strategic expansion of Aman's global footprint.
