NoMad Singapore Opens Reservations Ahead of Asia-Pacific Debut in Late 2026

Reservations have opened for NoMad Singapore, the brand’s first hotel in Asia Pacific, ahead of its planned debut in late 2026.

Located on Orchard Road, the new hotel will feature 173 rooms and suites, restaurants and bars, a swimming pool and an extensive art collection showcasing predominantly Singapore-based artists.

The property is being developed in partnership with UOL Group and will join NoMad London, which opened in 2021, as Hilton expands the luxury lifestyle brand internationally.

NoMad Singapore will occupy the redeveloped former Faber House site at the Cairnhill intersection, a short distance from Singapore’s Central Business District.

NoMad Singapore to feature 173 rooms and suites

The hotel has been designed by Singapore architecture firm WOHA, with interiors by Los Angeles-based Kevin Klein Design.

The development spans approximately 10,225 square metres and incorporates a vertical, biophilic design featuring extensive greenery and a 14-storey cascading waterfall.

Inside, the design combines NoMad’s New York influences with Art Deco elements and references to Singapore’s Peranakan heritage.

The hotel’s 173 rooms will be spread across 12 levels and include 25 suites.

Among the accommodation options will be 71 Atelier rooms measuring 32 square metres, with living areas and bathtubs.

The larger Parlour Suites will offer 42 square metres of space, while NoMad Suites will measure 43 square metres. Both categories will include separate living areas, bathtubs and double-sink bathrooms.

Design elements including marble, burlwood, custom wool rugs and decorative screens will feature throughout the accommodation, while pale blue and green tones reference nearby Peranakan shophouses at Emerald Hill.

NoMad Grill brings New York chophouse concept to Singapore

Food and beverage will play a prominent role at the new hotel.

At the top of the building, NoMad Grill will reinterpret a traditional New York chophouse for Singapore.

The restaurant will specialise in dry-aged meats cooked over a wood fire alongside seafood, a raw bar and seasonal dishes.

Next door, The Tropicana Club will offer a cocktail-focused concept drawing inspiration from the cabaret culture of Havana during the 1940s and 1950s, as well as Singapore’s own historic Tropicana Club.

At street level, NoMad will introduce Sticky Fingers, a new concept centred on house-made gourmet soft-serve sundaes.

The fifth-floor arrival area will feature an open-air reception alongside Lù bar, which extends onto an outdoor terrace and swimming pool overlooking Orchard Road.

More than 1,860 artworks throughout the hotel

Art will be another major component of the property, with more than 1,860 works planned throughout the hotel.

Approximately 90% of the collection will come from Singapore-based artists.

The programme will combine commissioned and original works across photography, painting and large-scale installations, alongside historical material and exhibition posters.

NoMad Singapore is also working with local non-profit organisation ART to commission and showcase work by artists with disabilities.

The partnership builds on UOL Group’s existing relationship with the organisation.

NoMad expands beyond London

“Singapore demonstrates a distinctive capacity for synthesis, whereby global influences are interpreted, integrated, and adapted until something entirely original emerges,” said Kristen Millar, Chief Brand Officer at NoMad.

She said the Singapore property will combine the brand’s existing approach to luxury hospitality with influences from the city’s culture and architecture.

NoMad Singapore represents an important step in Hilton’s expansion of the brand following the opening of NoMad London in 2021.

The hotel will also add another luxury property to the Orchard Road area, one of Singapore’s principal shopping, dining and hospitality districts.

With reservations now open, NoMad Singapore is scheduled to begin welcoming guests before the end of 2026.
