Wizz Air is restoring flights to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Jeddah and Amman for winter 2026–2027, with a phased schedule covering 12 routes and 49 weekly services. The airline plans to offer around 470,000 seats across the returning services during the winter season.
Flights to Jeddah began returning in September, while services to Dubai and Abu Dhabi are scheduled to restart from October 25. Tickets are on sale through the airline’s website and mobile app, with advertised starting fares ranging from €24.99 to €79.99, depending on the route.
Dubai and Abu Dhabi flights return in late October
Bucharest–Dubai will operate seven times a week from October 25, while Budapest–Dubai will return on the same date with five weekly flights.
Abu Dhabi services will resume from Budapest and Katowice on October 25, followed by Larnaca, Sofia, Cluj and Krakow on October 27. Frequencies range from two weekly flights from Cluj to five from Katowice.
The returning routes offer access to Dubai’s beaches, shopping and entertainment, alongside Abu Dhabi’s cultural attractions and desert excursions.
Jeddah and Amman services form part of the phased restart
Wizz Air’s published schedule lists the return of Milan–Jeddah on September 6 and Rome–Jeddah on September 7, operating seven and four times weekly respectively. Budapest–Jeddah will follow on October 27 with three weekly flights.
The Budapest–Amman route is listed with a September 22 restart and three weekly services.
Jeddah provides access to Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast and historic old town, while Amman offers a city break centred on Jordan’s heritage and contemporary urban life.
“We know how much our customers have missed these destinations, and their return comes at exactly the right moment, as people begin planning their winter escapes,” said Andras Rado, Wizz Air’s Head of Corporate Communications.
