Singapore Airlines Refreshes Inflight Dining With More Than 100 Dishes

Singapore Airlines is introducing more than 100 new and refreshed dishes across all cabin classes, alongside an expanded drinks selection and new Christofle serviceware for its premium cabins.

The dishes are already being rolled out progressively under SIA Chefs’ Selection, a new onboard menu category. Updated beverages, tableware and service touches will follow from November 2026.

New Menu Category Across All Cabins

SIA Chefs’ Selection brings together appetisers, main courses and desserts developed by the airline’s in-house and guest chefs in collaboration with catering partners.

The range includes regional favourites, familiar comfort dishes, reworked classics and new creations. Singapore Airlines says customer feedback, changing preferences and dining trends informed the menu review, alongside consideration of seasonal ingredients and cooking techniques.

The airline has not yet detailed individual dishes in the announcement.

Expanded Wine and Spirits Selection

Passengers in Suites, First Class and Business Class will have new wine labels to choose from, while additional spirits will be introduced across all cabin classes.

In Suites and First Class, cabin crew may also recommend beverages to accompany passengers’ meal choices. Selected dishes will receive additional presentation and service touches.

Christofle Tableware for Premium Cabins

Singapore Airlines has worked with French tableware house Christofle to create custom serviceware for Suites, First Class and Business Class.

The designs incorporate a subtle interpretation of the airline’s signature batik motif and will enter service from November alongside the other dining enhancements.

Yeoh Phee Teik, Singapore Airlines’ Senior Vice President of Customer Experience, said the review covered the full dining experience, from menu development and beverage selection to presentation and cabin crew service.

Broader Travel Experience Reveal in November

The dining changes form part of a wider investment that includes next-generation cabin products, the KrisWorld inflight entertainment system, new amenities, high-speed connectivity and ground services.

Singapore Airlines plans to unveil the broader travel experience in Singapore in November 2026.
