Four Seasons Los Cabos Debuts Casa Encantada, New Luxury Event Venue for Up to 400 Guests

Four Seasons Los Cabos Debuts Casa Encantada, New Luxury Event Venue for Up to 400 Guests

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas has unveiled Casa Encantada, a new dedicated luxury event venue designed for weddings, celebrations and large-scale private events on the East Cape of Los Cabos.

Set within the resort’s 1,500-acre Costa Palmas community, Casa Encantada spans 2,109 square metres (22,710 square feet) and can accommodate up to 400 guests.

The hacienda-inspired, open-air venue overlooks the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains and has been designed specifically to support destination events ranging from intimate ceremonies to multi-day weddings and large private celebrations.

A New 400-Guest Event Venue in Los Cabos

Unlike event spaces incorporated into existing hotel facilities, Casa Encantada was conceived as a dedicated venue with infrastructure intended to give planners greater flexibility when producing large or complex events.

The property includes a large central bar, commercial-sized kitchen and bridal suite, alongside indoor-outdoor spaces that can be adapted for ceremonies, receptions, dinners and entertainment.

The venue also allows extended setup and breakdown periods, enabling planners to create installations and event programmes lasting several days.

One of its most notable features is the absence of an imposed event curfew or noise restrictions, allowing celebrations and live entertainment to continue late into the evening.

“Luxury travelers today aren’t looking for a ballroom that could exist anywhere in the world,” said Sandra Oliva, General Manager of Four Seasons Los Cabos at Costa Palmas.

“They want an unforgettable sense of place, but they also want a venue capable of bringing ambitious visions to life. Casa Encantada offers both.”

Hacienda-Inspired Design Meets the Baja Landscape

Casa Encantada’s architecture was designed around its East Cape surroundings, with open spaces framing views of the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains.

The venue combines larger gathering areas with more intimate spaces intended to create different environments as an event progresses.

“Casa Encantada unfolds as a procession through the Baja landscape, with architecture that frames long-range vistas toward the Sierra de la Laguna mountains along the way,” said Tyler Jorgenson, Design Director at Irongate Group.

The venue’s location also provides 360-degree mountain views and a setting combining desert landscapes with the Baja night sky.

Weddings Supported by Four Seasons Resort Facilities

Guests attending events at Casa Encantada can access the wider facilities at Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palmas.

The East Cape resort offers swimmable beaches along the Sea of Cortez, a private marina, championship golf and a range of outdoor Baja experiences.

Wedding and event groups can also use the resort’s Oasis Spa and Wellness Centre for massages, facials, body treatments and nail services before or after celebrations.

The property additionally houses a Rossano Ferretti Hairspa offering hair treatments, cutting and styling services. The salon is led by stylist Dave Torres Hernández, who has more than 15 years of industry experience.

These facilities are designed to allow wedding parties and other groups to combine accommodation, event production, wellness and beauty services within the same resort destination.

Casa Encantada at a Glance

Casa Encantada covers 2,109 square metres, or 22,710 square feet, with capacity for up to 400 guests in reception or banquet configurations.

Facilities include a large focal-point bar, commercial kitchen, bridal suite and access to the resort’s spa and salon services.

The venue supports multi-day event setups and operates without imposed curfew or noise restrictions.

Its debut expands the events offering at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas as the property targets destination weddings, private celebrations and luxury group events on Mexico’s East Cape.
