Air France will launch nonstop flights from Paris-Charles de Gaulle to San Diego and Nashville in May 2027, adding two US destinations to its summer network. Both routes will operate three times a week using Airbus A350-900 aircraft, with tickets going on sale on October 14, 2026.
San Diego flights will begin on May 3, followed by Nashville on May 14. Both services will run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
According to Air France, it will be the only airline offering nonstop flights from Paris to either city and the only carrier connecting Nashville with continental Europe.
San Diego flights start May 3
The new Paris–San Diego service will expand Air France’s California network, joining Los Angeles and San Francisco.
Outbound flight AF058 will leave Paris-Charles de Gaulle at 10:10am and arrive in San Diego at 12:50pm the same day. The return service, AF059, will depart at 3:10pm and land in Paris at 11:05am the following morning.
San Diego gives travellers access to Southern California’s Pacific coastline, from the beaches of Coronado to La Jolla, alongside the city’s museums, gardens and historic neighbourhoods.
The destination is also served by KLM, which operates up to three weekly flights from Amsterdam-Schiphol.
Nashville route includes a tribute to Dolly Parton
Air France’s Nashville service will begin on May 14, connecting its Paris hub with the Tennessee capital, known for its country music scene and live music venues.
The outbound flight will carry the number AF046 in a nod to 1946, the year Dolly Parton was born.
AF046 will depart Paris-Charles de Gaulle at 2:10pm and arrive in Nashville at 4:40pm the same day. Return flight AF047 will leave Nashville at 6:55pm, reaching Paris at 10:15am the following morning.
For visitors, the city’s appeal extends from its music venues to neighbourhood restaurants, cafés and shops along and around the Cumberland River.

Air France’s US network grows to 20 destinations
The additions will bring Air France’s US network to 20 destinations for summer 2027.
Alongside Nashville and San Diego, the airline will serve Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New York-JFK, Newark, Orlando, Phoenix, Raleigh-Durham, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington, D.C.
Bookings for the two new routes will open on October 14, 2026, through Air France’s website.
