Accor has launched ALL Concierge, a conversational AI assistant that helps travellers find and compare hotels, access property information and get support with reservations.
The rollout follows a pilot that began in July 2025 and generated more than one million guest conversations. The service is available through ALL.com, the ALL Accor app, WhatsApp and iMessage, although language coverage and availability differ by channel.
Accor says the pilot showed that guests wanted more than customer service from the tool, using it to explore destinations, compare properties and plan trips.
What Travellers Can Use ALL Concierge For
Guests can ask for hotel suggestions based on the type of holiday or experience they have in mind, compare options and check practical details such as breakfast hours, restaurant menus and spa facilities.
The assistant also connects users to Accor’s booking platform and answers questions about existing reservations. It can recognise ALL Accor members and tailor responses using their preferences, previous stays and loyalty profiles.
The service operates around the clock. Accor says responses typically arrive within a few seconds, with support agents available to take over complex enquiries or specific requests.
Website Supports 11 Languages, With App Expansion Planned
ALL Concierge is currently available on ALL.com in 11 languages. On the ALL Accor mobile app, it supports four languages across five points of sale, with deployment to all points of sale planned by the end of 2026.
Travellers can also access the assistant through WhatsApp and iMessage. Accor plans to broaden language coverage further before the end of the year.
Alix Boulnois, Accor’s Chief Commercial, Digital & Tech Officer, said the service was intended to make personalised assistance more widely available while allowing staff to focus on interactions requiring human attention.
Booking Changes and Voice Support Are Next
Several functions remain planned additions rather than current capabilities. These include modifying or cancelling reservations directly within the conversation and retrieving hotel invoices after a stay.
Accor also intends to introduce tools for claiming and tracking loyalty points, alongside personalised suggestions for earning and using ALL rewards.
Further planned features include hotel comparisons on a map, AI-generated summaries of guest reviews and destination comparisons based on travellers’ chosen criteria.
The assistant is also expected to recommend local activities and events through partners such as Fever, with options to book using ALL reward points. Voice support is planned through integration with Accor contact centres and hotel telephone lines.
Accor Introduces a Separate AI Tool for Hotel Teams
Alongside the guest-facing service, Accor is introducing an internal assistant called The Butler.
The tool is designed to help hotel teams find information, guidance and recommendations during their working day, and connect them with human specialists when needed.
Together, the two services extend Accor’s use of AI across guest support and hotel operations, with further ALL Concierge functions due to arrive progressively.
