Emirates has unveiled a series of new customer benefits designed to provide greater flexibility and peace of mind when booking flights, including unlimited free date changes to Dubai, significantly reduced refund fees, expanded travel insurance coverage and exclusive Emirates Skywards promotions.
The new measures, effective from 10 August 2026, aim to give travellers more control over their journeys while making bookings more flexible from purchase through arrival.

Customers travelling to Dubai can now change their travel dates an unlimited number of times without change fees across most Economy and Business Class fares.
The benefit applies to:
- Economy: Saver, Flex and higher fare categories
- Business Class: Special, Saver and Flex fares
Fully flexible Economy Flex Plus, Premium Economy, Business Flex Plus and First Class fares continue to offer unrestricted flexibility. Any fare difference may still apply.

The airline said the lower refund costs, combined with unlimited free date changes, provide customers with greater confidence when making travel plans.
