Heathrow has partnered once again with travel retail operator Avolta to relaunch its Redefine Your Beauty campaign, bringing a series of interactive beauty experiences, exclusive product launches and travel retail offers to passengers across all four terminals.
Running until 5 October 2026, the campaign transforms World Duty Free stores into dedicated beauty destinations, combining product demonstrations, skincare consultations and limited-time promotions with exclusive airport shopping offers.
Beauty Experiences Across the Airport
Passengers travelling through Heathrow will be able to take part in a range of complimentary beauty experiences, including skincare consultations, fragrance discovery sessions and express treatments from leading international brands.

The campaign also introduces redesigned beauty zones where travellers can explore products and receive personalised recommendations before their flights.
Customers spending £50 or more on beauty products can also receive 10% off using vouchers available both in-store and digitally.
New Brands and Exclusive Launches
One of this year’s highlights is the arrival of Dr. Barbara Sturm at Heathrow, with the premium skincare brand making its debut in World Duty Free stores.
Travellers will also be able to discover products from Caudalie, including interactive experiences such as a spin-to-win game offering discounts and beauty gifts.
The campaign also features established travel retail favourites including Nuxe, Acqua di Parma and L’Occitane, alongside exclusive gifts with qualifying purchases.
Complimentary Treatments in Terminal 5
Passengers visiting the Personal Shopper Lounge in Terminal 5 can book a range of complimentary beauty treatments throughout the campaign.
Experiences include Elemis’ “Glow Before You Go” LED facial treatment, Elemis “Activate Flight Mode” skincare sessions designed to prepare skin for travel, and express eye, hand and make-up treatments from Sisley.
Later in the campaign, travellers will also be able to experience Augustinus Bader’s “Velvet Hands Treatment”, offering a relaxing pre-flight skincare session.
Expanding the Airport Retail Experience
Following its debut last year, Redefine Your Beauty has returned with a wider range of participating brands and in-store experiences.
Heathrow says the initiative reflects its strategy of developing more experiential retail concepts that combine shopping with personalised services and exclusive travel retail offers.
The airport also sees campaigns such as Redefine Your Beauty as part of its longer-term vision to expand premium retail and passenger experiences in the future.
