Passengers at Catania-Fontanarossa Airport can now refill their reusable water bottles free of charge at dedicated stations across Terminals A and C.
The service includes refill points after security, allowing departing travellers to top up their bottles before boarding. Stations are also available in Terminal A’s arrivals area and Sala Amica assistance lounge.
Where to Find Water Refill Stations
In Terminal A, water refill points are located:
- Near departure gates 4, 7, 16 and 20
- Inside the Sala Amica assistance lounge
- In the arrivals area
In Terminal C, passengers can find a refill station near departure gate C3.
Refill & Fly Campaign Encourages Reusable Bottles
The service forms part of the airport’s Refill & Fly campaign, promoted in collaboration with Assaeroporti. The initiative aims to make passengers aware of the free refill facilities and encourage the use of reusable bottles to help reduce single-use plastic.
For travellers departing from Catania, the stations provide a practical way to refill a bottle after security without buying bottled water before their flight.
