IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a franchise agreement with Morina Development & Investment Co. LLC to launch Cantonal Hotel Riyadh Noted Collection by IHG, marking the debut of its Noted Collection brand in the Middle East.
The 107-room hotel is expected to open by the end of 2026 following the conversion of an existing property, further expanding IHG’s premium portfolio in Saudi Arabia.
Noted Collection Makes Middle East Debut
Introduced earlier this year as IHG’s 21st hotel brand, Noted Collection is a premium collection of independent hotels that celebrates distinctive properties with strong local character while providing owners access to IHG’s global commercial platform and the IHG One Rewards loyalty programme.
The Riyadh signing represents the brand’s first property in the Middle East as Saudi Arabia continues to grow as a global tourism, business and lifestyle destination.

Cantonal Hotel Riyadh Noted Collection by IHG will be located in Al Olaya, Riyadh’s main commercial district.
The hotel will sit next to Kingdom Centre Tower and close to major landmarks including:
- Al Faisaliah Tower
- King Abdullah Financial District
- King Fahad National Library
King Khalid International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away.

Upon opening, the hotel will offer 107 guestrooms alongside a range of upscale amenities, including:
- All-day dining restaurant
- Café
- Rooftop lounge
- Meeting and event spaces
- Indoor swimming pool
The property is designed to serve both business and leisure travellers visiting the Saudi capital.
