KLM has been named the winner of the Best Cabin Service award for Europe at the 2026 APEX Best Awards, in a recognition entirely based on verified passenger feedback.
The APEX Best Awards are determined from more than one million passenger reviews, with travelers rating their flight experience across five categories: seat comfort, cabin service, food and beverages, entertainment, and Wi-Fi.
