Air France Introduces Premium Concierge Services at Paris-CDG

Starting June 11, 2024, Air France will provide a new range of concierge services at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport to welcome and assist customers throughout their airport journey. These services will be available for flights operated by Air France or code-shared with partner airlines.

Enhanced Services on Departure, Arrival, and Between Flights

Air France Conciergerie will offer an array of optional services for Economy, Premium Economy, and Business cabin passengers, ensuring a smooth and stress-free airport experience.

On Departure

Passengers will have access to a private transfer to the airport, concierge assistance upon arrival, a porter service for baggage to a dedicated check-in counter, and priority lane access through the airport. Eligible customers can also enjoy access to the lounge before being escorted to their boarding gate.

On Arrival

A concierge will meet passengers at the aircraft door and guide them through priority lanes. After collecting their baggage, passengers will be accompanied to their dedicated private transfer vehicle.

Connecting Passengers

Connecting passengers will be assisted from the jetway to the lounge (for eligible customers) and then to their next flight through the airport’s priority lanes.

Lounge Access

For non-eligible customers, the concierge service will offer access to one of Air France’s lounges at Paris-Charles de Gaulle as an additional option. Passengers will be escorted from the lounge to their boarding gate when it’s time to board.

Easy Booking Process

These services are available for booking today for flights starting from June 11, 2024. Passengers can book through airfrance.fr or by telephone up to 18 hours before departure.
