Hilton has outlined a series of hotel openings and renovations for late 2026 and early 2027, led by the arrival of Waldorf Astoria and Conrad in Malaysia and NoMad’s Asia-Pacific debut in Singapore.
The programme also includes new properties in Kauaʻi, Valencia and La Paz, alongside a major convention hotel in Indianapolis and apartment-style accommodation in two U.S. cities. Opening dates remain anticipated and vary by property.
Waldorf Astoria and Conrad Head to Kuala Lumpur
Waldorf Astoria Kuala Lumpur is scheduled to open in October 2026, marking the brand’s Malaysian debut.
Located in the Golden Triangle, the 23-floor hotel will have 268 suites starting at 80 square metres. Dining venues will include Peacock Alley and concepts led by chefs Garima Arora and Jean-Georges Vongerichten.
The property will also offer more than 3,745 square metres of meeting and event space, including a 1,545-square-metre pillarless ballroom.
Conrad Kuala Lumpur is expected to follow in mid-December. The 481-room hotel will span 50 floors, with five dining and bar venues, two floors of meeting facilities, a spa, a fitness centre and a swimming pool.
Also situated in the Golden Triangle, it will provide access to Bukit Bintang and the Petronas Twin Towers.
NoMad Makes Its Asia-Pacific Debut
NoMad Hilton Singapore is targeting an opening by the end of 2026. The 173-room property on Orchard Road will introduce the brand to Asia-Pacific, combining dining, locally commissioned art and cultural programming.
Singapore will also gain DoubleTree by Hilton Singapore Robertson Quay, scheduled for October. The 344-room hotel will have two dining concepts, an outdoor pool, a 24-hour fitness centre and seven meeting and event spaces.
New Island and Coastal Hotels
Hilton’s September schedule includes Hale Hōkūala Kauaʻi, Curio Collection by Hilton, the collection’s first property in Hawaiʻi.
Located in Līhuʻe beside the 18th hole of the Ocean Course at Hōkūala and near Kalapakī Beach, the resort will offer accommodation with private lanais. Facilities include a Portuguese-Hawaiian restaurant, an outdoor pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and 14,000 square feet of event space.
In Mexico, Perla La Paz, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is also listed for September. Occupying the historic Hotel Perla building, it will become Hilton’s first hotel in La Paz, with renovated guestrooms, terraces and a rooftop pool and bar overlooking the Gulf of California.
Spain’s Cuber House Valencia, Curio Collection by Hilton is expected to open in December as Hilton’s first hotel in Valencia. The 84-room property in El Cabanyal will feature a restaurant, lounge club and rooftop bar and pool near Las Arenas Beach and La Marina.
Signia Expands in Indianapolis and Naples
The 803-room Signia Hilton Indianapolis is scheduled to open in December 2026, becoming the city’s tallest hotel.
Skywalk connections will link it to the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium. The hotel will have 100,000 square feet of meeting space, including a 50,000-square-foot ballroom, plus seven dining and bar concepts, a rooftop pool and a 38th-floor sky bar.
In Florida, Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort is targeting January 2027. The transformed resort will introduce the brand to the property’s coastal setting near the mangroves of Clam Pass.
Admiralty Arch Remains on the 2026 Schedule
Hilton continues to list Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch for a 2026 opening, without specifying a month.
The restoration of the Grade I-listed landmark will create 100 rooms and suites, residential accommodation and event spaces, including a ballroom for up to 500 guests.
Chefs Clare Smyth and Daniel Boulud will lead the hotel’s Coreus and Café Boulud dining venues.
Apartment Stays and Further Regional Openings

- Placemakr Pittsburgh Downtown, Apartments by Hilton: September 2026, near the city’s Cultural District.
- Anthem House – Placemakr Huntsville, Apartments by Hilton: October 2026, in Alabama’s MidCity District.
- DoubleTree by Hilton Jeddah Al Nahda: October 2026, with 261 rooms, an outdoor pool, a padel court and six event venues.
- DoubleTree by Hilton Kelowna: October 2026, with 90 rooms and an indoor pool with water slides.
- Home2 Suites by Hilton San Diego Downtown: December 2026, offering suite accommodation and complimentary breakfast.
- Valley House Avon, Outset Collection by Hilton: December 2026, near Colorado’s Eagle River.
Conrad Indianapolis Leads Renovation Programme
Alongside the openings, Conrad Indianapolis is undergoing a $25 million renovation timed to its 20th anniversary, with completion anticipated in December.
The work covers all 247 rooms and suites, guest corridors, elevators and the main reception lobby. Design firm Anderson/Miller is overseeing the interiors.
Renovations completed in August include a refresh at Embassy Suites by Hilton Montréal and an overhaul of all 459 rooms and suites, public circulation areas and the convention centre at Hilton Mexico City Reforma.
At Hilton São Paulo Morumbi, the new Ritus restaurant and bar forms part of a phased renovation. Meanwhile, The Roosevelt New Orleans, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel expects to complete Café Alice in October, adding a European-style café and bar serving pastries, coffee and cocktails.
