Radisson Hotel Group has signed an agreement with developer Groß & Partner to open a Radisson Collection hotel within FOUR Frankfurt, one of Europe’s largest urban mixed-use developments, with an opening scheduled for the third quarter of 2027.
The 189-room property will be located in the development’s 173-meter T2 tower, on floors 11 to 19, featuring floor-to-ceiling glazing and views across the Frankfurt skyline. The hotel will include a ground-floor lobby with lounge and bar, a first-floor restaurant and bar with approximately 135 seats, and a fitness area. The design concept, developed by Radisson Hotel Group’s in-house team in Madrid, is titled “Urban Layers” and draws on Frankfurt’s blend of historic architecture, financial district identity, and contemporary skyline.
FOUR Frankfurt spans four towers and combines offices, residences, retail, dining, and hospitality in a central Frankfurt location between the banking district and the luxury retail core. The development holds DGNB Platinum precertification and features geothermal energy systems, smart digital monitoring, biodiversity measures, and over 2,300 bicycle parking spaces.
“FOUR Frankfurt represents a landmark addition to the Radisson Collection portfolio and perfectly embodies our brand promise,” said Elie Younes, Executive Vice President and Global Chief Development Officer at Radisson Hotel Group. “This signing reinforces our long-term confidence in Frankfurt and the German market.”
The Frankfurt property will be the second Radisson Collection hotel in Germany after Berlin, and joins the brand’s growing portfolio in major European gateway cities including Paris, Madrid, Rome, and Brussels. Since launching in 2018, Radisson Collection has grown to nearly 70 hotels worldwide.
