Moscow’s New Ramenskoye Airport to Open in March

 Russia’s capital , Moscow, will enjoy this year a new airport . With a modern design and architecture and innovative safety systems, it will welcoming  travelers from all over the world  starting on March 15 , informs Tomas Vaishvila, leader of the Ramport air terminal administration organization

“The new airport will work 24 hours a day from March,” Vaishvila said.

The new airport will be opend 24 hours a day starting the middle of March and will offer the travelers comfort, many shops and other entertainig activities.  Ramenskoye Airport is expected to serve 50,000-60,000 passengers during its first month. Yearly passenger numbers are expected to reach 1.9 million, Gazeta.ru reported.

The citizens of Moscow will also enjoy permanent comute to the airport as Russian Railways has confirmed future construction of a direct rail link to the airport.

The airport’s management company will provide several other transport options to reach the airport, including a bus from the Kotelniki metro station that will run every 30 minutes, Gazeta.ru reported.
