Jet2 announces appointment of new Chief Customer Officer

Jet2 welcomes David Hills as its new Chief Customer Officer, where he will lead customer marketing, loyalty, and service innovation, taking over from retiring executive Gavin Forth.

Jet2 has announced the appointment of David Hills as its new Chief Customer Officer. Joining the company in September, Hills will oversee customer marketing, brand management, and Jet2’s award-winning service operations. He will also lead major strategic projects, including the development of myJet2, the company’s loyalty platform, and the integration of new marketing technologies.

Hills brings extensive experience from senior roles at Aldi, Asda, and Kellogg’s, and will report directly to CEO Steve Heapy. He replaces Gavin Forth, who is retiring after 13 years at Jet2.

“David brings a wealth of expertise and experience which will be fundamental in helping us drive more success and growth,” said Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2.

David Hills added:

“I am incredibly excited to be joining such a well-loved brand, which puts the customer at the heart of everything it does.”

Jet2 continues to focus on enhancing its customer experience and brand loyalty as it builds on a strong summer performance.
