Wizz Air is bringing its #LetsGetLost mystery flight competition to Poland for the first time, giving travellers the chance to board a flight from Warsaw without knowing where they are going.
The mystery flight will depart the Polish capital on September 25, 2026, carrying 25 competition winners and a guest of their choice. The destination will remain secret throughout the booking and departure process and will only be revealed when the aircraft lands.
Winners will then spend four days at the destination, with Wizz Air promising a programme of local culture, food, activities and other surprises.
How to Enter Wizz Air’s #LetsGetLost Poland Competition
Travellers can enter the competition between August 27 and September 6 by posting a photo or video on Instagram that demonstrates their adventurous side.
Entries must tag Wizz Air’s official Instagram account, @wizzair, and include the hashtag #LetsGetLostPoland.
Participants must be at least 18 years old, have a public Instagram profile and meet the eligibility requirements included in the competition’s terms and conditions.
Wizz Air will contact the selected winners directly through Instagram. Each winner will be allowed to bring one guest, resulting in a group of 50 travellers on the mystery trip.
There will be one clue before departure. A few days ahead of the flight, participants will be told what kind of weather they should pack for. The destination itself will remain confidential until arrival.
Where Could the Mystery Flight Go?
Wizz Air currently operates 67 routes from Warsaw to destinations in 26 countries, leaving plenty of possibilities for the September trip.
The airline has floated destinations ranging from Madeira and Tenerife to Marrakech, Reykjavik, Malaga, Mallorca, Nice, Rome and the Greek islands – without revealing whether any of them is actually the mystery destination.
The uncertainty is the central idea behind #LetsGetLost, which reverses the normal travel planning process by asking passengers to commit to a trip before knowing where they are going.
“We are incredibly excited to bring #LetsGetLost to Poland for the very first time,” said Salvatore Gabriele Imperiale, Corporate Communications Manager at Wizz Air.
“Poland is one of Wizz Air’s most important markets, and from Warsaw alone our passengers can fly to an incredible variety of destinations – from Atlantic islands and the Mediterranean to Scandinavia and North Africa. But this time, we are asking them to forget about choosing a destination altogether.”
Imperiale described the competition as “travel in its purest form: the excitement of packing a bag, arriving at the airport and boarding an aircraft without knowing where the adventure will end.”
#LetsGetLost Expands to the Polish Market
The Polish edition builds on previous #LetsGetLost campaigns organised by Wizz Air, which have used mystery flights as a way of encouraging more spontaneous travel.
For the airline, Poland is a significant market. Wizz Air describes itself as the country’s second-largest carrier by market share, with Warsaw serving an increasingly broad network across Europe and neighbouring regions.
The first Polish #LetsGetLost flight will depart Warsaw on September 25, with the winning passengers returning after their four-day mystery trip.
