MGallery Collection will introduce a Care Concierge service at 11 hotels in October 2026, giving guests access to breast-health information, private guidance sessions and wellbeing experiences during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
The initiative forms part of the boutique hotel brand’s wider Move & Care campaign, which combines fitness and wellness activities with breast-health awareness and fundraising. Participating hotels span destinations including Paris, Liverpool, Bangkok, Doha and Sydney.
What the Care Concierge Will Offer
Each of the 11 hotels will offer one or more of three formats, depending on its facilities, local partnerships and healthcare requirements.
Care Days will provide private, one-to-one guidance sessions with approved local charity partners.
Care Check-up will offer private prevention-focused sessions at the hotel, delivered by trusted partners. The content will vary according to the partner’s expertise and local health regulations.
Pause for Pink will pair selected spa treatments with an approved breast self-check guide.
Across the wider collection, MGallery will also place Pink October leaflets and QR codes in hotel bathrooms, allowing guests to access breast-health information discreetly.
Research Points to Interest in Wellbeing While Travelling
The launch follows research commissioned by MGallery and conducted by Censuswide among 3,002 respondents in the UK, France and Australia between August 3 and 6, 2026.
In the survey, 76% said they delayed taking action on preventive health checks even when they knew one was due. Seven in ten said travelling gave them more time and headspace to consider their health and wellbeing.
Half said they would consider a hotel service that connected them with a trusted local provider for a preventive health check or screening during their stay.
The findings underpin MGallery’s decision to bring access to health information and local partners into the hotel experience.
Gustave Roussy Supports Breast-Health Information
MGallery is working with medical partner Gustave Roussy on the campaign’s breast-health information and educational materials, including the self-check leaflet and digital guidance.
“Care Concierge reflects our ambition to make prevention, education and access to trusted health resources more visible and accessible,” said Maud Bailly, CEO of Sofitel Legend, Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems.
The programme builds on MGallery’s ongoing Committed To Her initiative, which focuses on women’s wellbeing, empowerment and access to care.
