Hilton has introduced its LXR Hotels & Resorts brand to India with The Den Bengaluru, a 226-room property in Whitefield. The hotel joins the luxury collection with new guest programmes focused on relaxation and neighbourhood experiences, alongside restaurants, a spa and extensive event facilities.
Owned by Dan Hospitality India Pvt. Ltd. and managed by Hilton, The Den Bengaluru offers rooms, studios and suites for business trips, leisure visits and longer stays.
The move marks a new chapter for the existing hotel, bringing it into Hilton’s global network and Hilton Honors loyalty programme.
Whitefield experiences take guests beyond the hotel
Two programmes accompany the hotel’s introduction to LXR: The Pause Program and Whitefield Unscripted.
The Pause Program focuses on small additions throughout the stay, including a calming arrival experience, a sleep kit, a pillow menu and wellness-oriented dining options at The Creek restaurant.
Whitefield Unscripted takes guests into the surrounding neighbourhood. Its Whitefield Verandah Trail explores heritage bungalows and longstanding local institutions, while Whitefield’s Farm Story offers the opportunity to harvest produce at a local farm before enjoying a personalised meal prepared by the hotel’s culinary team.

Rooftop dining, a spa and an outdoor pool
The hotel’s dining options include Layla, a rooftop restaurant combining Indian and Mediterranean influences, and The Creek, an all-day restaurant serving multiple cuisines.
The Deli offers speciality coffee and artisanal pastries, while The Cold Press serves juices, smoothies and other wellness-focused refreshments.
At The Sanctuary spa, treatments draw on contemporary wellness practices and traditional healing approaches. Guests also have access to The Studio fitness centre and an outdoor swimming pool.
Recreation spaces include The Playhouse, with digital tabletop games and a pool table, and The Cave, which offers an immersive screening experience.
Seven venues for meetings and celebrations
The Den Bengaluru has more than 21,000 square feet of event space across seven venues. Facilities include a ballroom, an auditorium, meeting rooms and an open-air amphitheatre, accommodating business events, weddings and social gatherings.
General Manager Vinesh Gupta said joining LXR would allow the hotel to develop its existing relationship with Whitefield.
“The hotel has always shared a close connection with Whitefield and joining LXR Hotels & Resorts allows us to build on that foundation through distinctive experiences and highly personalised service, complemented by the strength and reliability of Hilton Honors,” he said.
The hotel now participates in Hilton Honors. Members booking directly through preferred Hilton channels can access benefits including member discounts, complimentary standard Wi-Fi and flexible payment options using Points and money.
