Hilton has officially opened Hilton Istanbul Airport, a 485-room property located adjacent to Istanbul Airport, marking the company’s 100th hotel in Türkiye and the country’s first internationally branded hotel situated next to airport grounds.
Designed to redefine the airport hospitality experience, the hotel combines seamless terminal access with upscale accommodations, destination-inspired dining, wellness facilities, and flexible event spaces for business, leisure, and transit travelers.
A new landmark for airport hospitality
Located just steps from one of the world’s busiest airports, Hilton Istanbul Airport offers guests spacious rooms and suites, many featuring runway views, alongside extensive amenities including a fitness center, spa, indoor swimming pool, Turkish bath, sauna, executive lounge, and multiple treatment rooms.
The hotel also features eight meeting rooms and a ballroom accommodating up to 250 guests, positioning it as a convenient venue for conferences, corporate events, and social gatherings.
Inspired by Istanbul
The hotel’s interior design reflects Istanbul’s unique blend of history and modernity, incorporating natural stone, warm metallic finishes, luxurious fabrics, and colors inspired by the city’s skyline, historic neighborhoods, the Marmara Sea, and surrounding landscapes.
Guests also benefit from direct metro access, allowing convenient travel from the airport to central Istanbul and major attractions such as Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque.
OXBO debuts in Türkiye
Hilton Istanbul Airport introduces OXBO, Hilton’s global dining concept, to Türkiye for the first time.
Operating as a restaurant, café, and 24-hour bar, OXBO focuses on locally sourced ingredients and internationally inspired cuisine while providing a welcoming social atmosphere throughout the day.
Milestone opening for Hilton in Türkiye
The opening represents another milestone in Hilton’s continued expansion across Türkiye, where the company plans to open 14 new hotels during 2026. Upcoming additions include new properties in Cappadocia, the debut of the Spark by Hilton brand in the country, and additional Curio Collection by Hilton hotels.
David Kelly, Senior Vice President, Continental Europe at Hilton, said the opening reflects Hilton’s long-term commitment to Türkiye and its strategy of expanding in destinations that matter most to global travelers.
