Avani Hotels & Resorts Launches AvaniWell: Personalized Wellbeing Experience

A New Era of Personalized Wellbeing
Avani Hotels & Resorts, part of Minor Hotels, has launched AvaniWell, its first wellbeing clinic at Avani+ Hua Hin Resort in Thailand. This initiative goes beyond the typical spa offerings, inviting guests to explore personalized paths to wellness under the guidance of AvaniWell’s team of experts. From Traditional Thai Medicine and physiotherapy to Reformer Pilates and healthy dining, AvaniWell is designed to kick-start healthy habits through weekend resets, serene staycations, and weekly wellbeing programs.
Traditional Meets Modern at AvaniWell
Holistic Wellness Practices
AvaniWell offers a blend of traditional and modern wellness practices. Guests can experience Traditional Thai Medicine (TTM), an ancient healing system using astrology and numerology. TTM experts at AvaniWell provide one-on-one assessments and signature treatments, including:
- Pao Ya Fire Rebalance: Alleviates bloating using heated herbal bundles.
- Chae Ya Power Baths: Medicinal herb-infused baths for tension relief and skin irritations.
- Salt Pot Healing: Uses hot salt compresses and aromatic oils to release body tension.
Additionally, guests can enjoy Middle Eastern wellbeing practices in the dedicated hammam, featuring massages and cleanses, followed by relaxation on a heated marble bed.
Coastal-Inspired and Modern Treatments
Set against Hua Hin's pristine shores, AvaniWell offers treatments like Salt Scrub Journey, Sand Compress, and Seashell Symphony Massage. Modern treatments include JetPro x Renewal Complex 4 facials, ELEMIS facials, and semi-invasive aesthetics. An extensive IV menu offers NAD+ anti-ageing, immune support, and hangover cure vitamin drips, available in-room or as express 20-minute options. Personalized wellness packages are crafted by AvaniWell’s experts, combining traditional and modern treatments for optimal results.
Lifestyle Approach to Wellness
Comprehensive Wellbeing Programs
AvaniWell’s team of physiotherapists helps restore movement and function, addressing issues like Office Syndrome through massage therapy and movement techniques. Accredited Pilates instructors offer private Reformer Pilates sessions to improve posture, flexibility, and alignment. These sessions are enhanced by hospital-grade Body Composition Scans for accurate analysis of body fat and muscle mass.
Healthy Dining and Educational Workshops
The wellness concept extends to dining, with healthy menus catering to vegan, paleo, and gluten-free diets available at all resort bars and restaurants. AvaniWell’s “Vitality in the Kitchen” workshops and “Cleanse & Boost” mixology classes promote healthy habits for all ages. The Pantry, Avani’s grab-and-go dining concept, offers post-workout protein shakes, kombuchas, and smoothies for guests using the AvaniFit gym or resort pools.
