Princess Cruises has unveiled its latest culinary masterpiece, Love by Britto, aboard the new Sun Princess. This innovative restaurant marks a unique collaboration between renowned artist Romero Britto and culinary maestro Rudi Sodamin, offering guests an extraordinary dining experience.

The seven-course dining experience begins with aphrodisiacs like Oysters with Lemongrass Kafir, Mirin, and Gold Flakes. Entrées feature creative heart-shaped presentations, including:
- Tuna & Avocado with Pomegranate and Togarashi
- Cappuccino of Wild Mushroom soup
- Salad of Beets, Figs, and Goat Cheese
- Granita of Pink Champagne and Rose Petals
- Tail of Lobster Thermidor
- Beef Tenderloin with Truffle Jus
The dessert course, true to Love Boat style, features a heart-shaped Chocolate Lava Cake with Fresh Berries and Raspberry Cream, plus Petits Fours.
