Heathrow Refreshes Terminal 5 Luxury Shopping With New Boutiques

Heathrow has expanded its luxury shopping offer in Terminal 5 with new and refurbished boutiques from Bottega Veneta, ZEGNA, Prada, Dior and Smythson.

The openings, introduced over the summer, bring additional fashion collections, airport-exclusive products and personalisation services to the terminal. Hermès is also due to open a new boutique this month.

ZEGNA Joins the Terminal 5 Line-Up

ZEGNA is a new addition to Heathrow’s luxury retail portfolio. Its boutique stocks menswear, including overshirts, knitwear and accessories, alongside the Italian brand’s Triple Stitch sneakers.

The store combines contemporary furnishings with a foliage-inspired colour palette.

Bottega Veneta was the first boutique to reopen in the Terminal 5 refresh. Its redesigned space features terrazzo flooring, rounded wooden shelving and a glass display table.

Passengers can browse collections under creative director Louise Trotter, including leather bags, shoes, fragrances, jewellery and travel accessories.

Prada and Dior Expand Their Airport Offerings

Prada’s new store introduces exclusive speciality handbags, with the opening coinciding with the house’s Autumn/Winter 2026 collection.

Dior’s upgraded boutique offers men’s and women’s ready-to-wear clothing alongside leather goods, accessories and seasonal pieces. Mirrored ceilings are a feature of the redesigned interior.

Smythson Adds Heathrow-Exclusive Personalisation

Smythson’s new Terminal 5 store marks 30 years since the British brand first arrived at Heathrow.

The boutique sells stationery, diaries and leather goods, with a dedicated gold-stamping station where passengers can personalise purchases with initials, motifs or destination-inspired designs.

A new collection of Heathrow-exclusive stamps takes inspiration from vintage passport markings. Selected products in Smythson’s travel collection are also available in exclusive colourways, including Turmeric, Nutmeg, Silver and Eau de Nil.

Hermès Boutique to Follow

Nancy Stewart, Heathrow’s Head of Category for Luxury, Fashion and Duty Free, said the refreshed retail mix gives travellers a wider choice of international and British brands, alongside products unique to the airport.

She added that the forthcoming Hermès boutique forms part of Heathrow’s continued investment in its premium passenger experience.

The retail updates follow Heathrow’s recognition as the World’s Best Airport for Shopping at this year’s Skytrax World Airport Awards.
