Durban, South Africa – African Insignia Hotels have pleasure in welcoming Boulevard 44 Boutique Hotel to their portfolio. Boulevard 44 Boutique Hotel along with the other hotels on our portfolio will enjoy the focus and individual attention by a respected team of well-known industry professionals (Directors) Lerina McCall and Jessica Nhleko who have the requisite skills, knowledge and experience in Sales, Marketing, Public Relations and Yield Management, to assist in turning hotel businesses around to positive ROI. African Insignia Hotels was formed due to the need for focused individualized Sales and Marketing representation in a very tough hotel Industry.

Lerina McCall spokesperson for African Insignia Hotels explains that it was a déjà-vu moment for her and Jessica when they were invited to meet with the management team of Boulevard 44 Boutique Hotel to discuss doing Sales and Marketing on behalf of the property. Both had previously been involved with the property from when it was merely a construction site and they had both fallen in love with the property then already. We are honoured to have this bespoke property on our portfolio – 36 luxurious rooms, 2 executive rooms, facilities designed to host functions, special events, weddings and conference groups. Commanding a breath taking position in the rolling hills of Umhlali, Boulevard 44 is an all-round sensory experience. Floor to ceiling glass windows stretch the length of the restaurant, unfolding to reveal the fresh country and sounds of the whispering sugar cane.
