Tivoli Hotels & Resorts has opened Tivoli LA VIE Muscat Hotel & Residences in Oman’s capital, adding a golf-focused property to its Middle East portfolio.
Located in the LA VIE development in Madinat Al Irfan, the hotel combines rooms and suites overlooking the golf course with several dining venues, a rooftop infinity pool and Muscat’s first Anantara Spa. It is Tivoli’s fourth property in the Middle East.
Rooms and Suites Overlooking the Fairways
The interiors combine contemporary European design with Omani craftsmanship, using coastal colours and natural textures throughout the accommodation and shared spaces.
Room options include golf-view accommodation with terraces or balconies, junior suites and one-bedroom suites. The largest is the 160-square-metre Two Bedroom Presidential Suite.
In-room amenities include Dyson technology, SMEG machines, Amouage bathroom products and Läderach chocolates at turndown.
SEEN by Olivier Makes Its Middle East Debut
The hotel introduces the first SEEN by Olivier da Costa in the Middle East, bringing the restaurant concept to a rooftop setting overlooking LA VIE Country Club. The menu draws on global cuisines, paired with an evening dining and social atmosphere.
Elsewhere, S O L É serves Mediterranean dishes with an emphasis on seasonal ingredients. The adjoining S O L É Lounge offers daytime refreshments and lighter bites.
Nineteenth Sports Bar and Cigar Vault overlooks the fairway and combines sports viewing with a drinks menu and dedicated cigar offering.
The dining line-up is due to expand later this year with Benihana’s Japanese teppanyaki concept and an all-day venue from The Coffee Club.
Golf and Wellness at LA VIE Country Club
The hotel sits on an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Paul Thomas and managed by Troon. Guests can combine their stay with rounds on the course or practice at its Toptracer facility.
The newly opened Anantara Spa offers a range of treatments and therapies. Other wellness facilities include a rooftop infinity pool suitable for lap swimming and a fitness centre equipped by Technogym.
The Madinat Al Irfan location also places guests within reach of Muscat’s retail, entertainment and cultural attractions.
Ballroom Accommodates Up to 520 Guests
For conferences, weddings and other events, the hotel’s Juman Ballroom can accommodate up to 520 guests and overlooks the golf course’s tenth hole.
An 18-by-7-metre high-definition screen spans one wall, supported by audiovisual systems for presentations, live broadcasts and product launches.
Three additional meeting rooms offer natural daylight and flexible layouts for smaller gatherings and breakout sessions.
Founded in Lisbon in 1933, Tivoli continues to expand beyond its Portuguese roots, with the Muscat opening adding another Middle Eastern destination to its portfolio.
