LateRooms.com has introduced its brand new corporate travel service, LateRooms.com for Business.

Businesses can freely use the new tool, which will extend the brand's current corporate offering into a completely integrated online solution.

LateRooms.com for Business will offer corporate clients and business bookers a service that cannot be found elsewhere in travel management. For now, only the first phase of the product is available, while a full launch is expected layer this year.

The new tool brings about huge cost and efficiency savings, bridging the gap between online travel agents and travel management companies to offer personalized accommodations to corporate clients.

The service works differently to travel management companies in the sense that it's completely free to use, with no booking or modification fee. This cuts the usual booking fee of £10 and 15 per cent commission that is usually applied.

Available straight from the first phase launch, new features include an innovative VAT solution that uses an automated tool to facilitate the claiming of VAT expenses for hotel stays by corporate clients.

The tool is expected to save large businesses up to £20,000 per year on time spent internally in VAT reconciliation processes.

The new My Account offers users a reporting suite that streamlines how businesses administer their staff travel needs.

Bill back functionality also enables users to start a credit account for hotel stays so they can be billed at the end of each month.
