New public sector director at Europcar car hire

Europcar, Europe's car rental services market leader, has appointed Andrew Franklin as its new public sector director


With more than 23 years of experience in the fleet industry sector and ex head of public sector for Lex Autolease, Andrew Franklin will be in charge of the public sector relations at Europcar.


Renatl giant Europcar is one of the Crown Commercial Service suppliers providing UK Vehicle Hire, UK Car Share and International Vehicle Hire services for both central government and the wider public sector, including Ubeeqo car sharing and electric vehicles rental.


Focusing on more sustainable transport programme, E-Car Club is the Britain's first entirely electric pay-per-use car service club. E-Car Club operates distinctive car sharing solutions in several key UK locations including London, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Warwickshire, Fife and the Western Isles.
