LOT Polish Airlines Launches Michelin-Starred Dining in Business Class

LOT Polish Airlines has introduced a new premium culinary service on board its long-haul Business Class flights from Warsaw, offering dishes curated by Michelin-starred Chef Bartosz Szymczak.
Titled “Michelin-starred flavours in LOT Business Class,” this initiative brings elevated fine dining to the skies, with the main course crafted by the Head Chef of Warsaw’s acclaimed Rozbrat 20 restaurant, also a Krug Ambassade. The exclusive partnership with the Polish Tourism Organisation highlights Poland’s growing reputation as a culinary destination.
A New Benchmark in Business Class Dining
Passengers flying in LOT Business Class on long-haul departures from Warsaw Chopin Airport can now pre-order one of four gourmet main courses, designed to showcase modern Polish cuisine and elevate the in-flight experience to fine-dining standards. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours before departure via LOT’s website, call centre, or sales agents.
The Menu – Available Until 31 January 2026:
-
Salmon & Shrimp Croquette – Served with courgette purée and roasted bell pepper sauce
-
Beef Bourguignon – Slow-cooked beef with baby potatoes and glazed carrots
-
Veal Roulades with Apple & Morel Sauce – Featuring pickled vegetables and candied apple
-
Spinach Lasagna with Ricotta – A vegetarian option with creamy tomato and béchamel sauces
Chef Bartosz Szymczak said:
“This is a dream come true — bringing Polish fine dining to an international audience at 10,000 metres. It’s a chance to show how modern and refined our cuisine can be.”
Strategic Culinary Promotion
The initiative aligns with LOT’s vision to offer inspiring, high-quality experiences throughout the journey — not just at the destination. It also supports culinary tourism, a rising global trend, and reinforces LOT’s role in promoting Polish hospitality and cultural identity.
