KLM launches new “Travel Well” campaign
KLM has launched a new global brand campaign aimed at redefining the travel experience, with a focus on meaningful journeys rather than just destinations.
Titled “Travel Well Instructions,” the campaign centers on the message “If you go, make it unforgettable,” highlighting the role of KLM’s cabin crew in shaping passenger experiences.
The campaign film follows a mother and daughter on a journey inspired by a series of “instructions” from crew members, reimagining the familiar format of in-flight safety briefings. The concept draws on this universally recognized moment to emphasize the emotional and personal aspects of travel.
According to KLM, the initiative reflects its broader philosophy of encouraging passengers to focus on experiences that matter, while reinforcing the airline’s commitment to hospitality and comfort.
