Jet2 Adds Santorini and Preveza From Leeds

Jet2 has announced two new Greece destinations from Leeds Bradford Airport for Summer 2027, with flights and holiday packages to Santorini and Preveza going on sale for the first time.

The new routes will operate exclusively with Jet2 from the Yorkshire airport, giving travelers additional holiday options across the Mediterranean.

Flights to Preveza will run weekly on Sundays between May 23 and October 10, 2027, while Santorini services will operate weekly on Thursdays from May 6 to October 7, 2027.

The addition of Santorini gives passengers direct access to one of Greece’s most popular island destinations, known for its cliffside villages, volcanic scenery and famous sunsets in Oia. Visitors can also explore local wineries and archaeological sites including the ancient settlement of Akrotiri.

Meanwhile, the launch of Preveza services opens up access to the Epirus region and several well-known coastal destinations on the Greek mainland and nearby islands. Holidaymakers will be able to reach resorts including Parga, Lefkas, Nidri, Nikiana, Lygia and Agios Nikitas.

Jet2 said the new routes are part of its largest-ever Summer programme from Leeds Bradford Airport, with almost two million seats available across 53 routes. The airline is also preparing to launch flights to Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh next summer.

The company also confirmed it expects to operate its summer schedule normally following positive updates from fuel suppliers regarding production and imports. Jet2 reiterated that it will not introduce surcharges on existing bookings despite rising operational costs.

Jet2 CEO Steve Heapy said demand for Summer 2027 holidays remains strong, with many customers booking well in advance for leisure travel across Europe.
