“I am proud that we have been able to increase our commitment and begin daily, non-stop passengers’ services from today,” said His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al-Maktoum, chairman, Emirates Airline & Group.

The first business relations with Taipei have been established by Emirates Skycargo in 2003 along with its freighter service.

“Dubai and Taipei are very similar, both are important trading hubs and today’s link will help to build on bilateral trade.

“We have been working hard to promote Taipei across our network and I am confident that the influx of business and leisure passengers will continue to grow,” Sheikh Ahmed.FlyEmirates Taipei

The service will also include gourmet cuisine, served at the highest standards by Emirates’ professional multinational cabin crew of more than 132 nationalities among which Taiwanese is also featured.

As far as in-flight entertainment goes, the passengers will enjoy Emirates’ award-winning setup with over 1,600 channels, games, music and more.
