Airlines & Airports

Copenhagen Airport says its baggage handling system has returned to normal operations after several days of technical disruptions.

The airport confirmed that the automated sorting system is now fully operational and baggage handling agents are working to ensure delayed luggage is forwarded to its intended destinations as quickly as possible.

Passengers whose bags have not yet arrived are advised to contact their airline or the airport’s baggage handling representatives for assistance.

Copenhagen Airport also issued an apology for the inconvenience caused by the recent disruptions, emphasising its commitment to restoring smooth operations and supporting travellers affected by the issue.

The return to normal service follows earlier reports of technical problems with the airport’s automated baggage system, which had resulted in delays and required manual processing of luggage.
