Emirates is marking its 15th consecutive year as Official Airline Partner of the US Open with a redesigned hospitality suite at Arthur Ashe Stadium and a series of tournament-themed experiences both on the ground and onboard its flights.
The 2026 US Open runs from August 30 through September 13 in New York, with Emirates using the tournament to showcase elements of its premium inflight product while offering fans competitions, interactive events and branded experiences.
Passengers travelling between Dubai and selected destinations in the United States can also find US Open-inspired menus and other tournament-themed additions onboard through September 13.
Emirates Opens New Suite at Arthur Ashe Stadium
At the centre of Emirates’ presence at this year’s tournament is a new 1,579-square-foot hospitality suite at Arthur Ashe Stadium.
The space has been designed to resemble the airline’s premium aircraft cabins, incorporating cream leather seating, woodgrain finishes and a colour palette influenced by Emirates’ onboard interiors.
For the first time, the suite will also include a recreation of the Emirates A380 Onboard Lounge.
The A380 bar is one of the airline’s best-known premium cabin features, providing Business and First Class passengers with a dedicated social space during flights.
At the US Open, the recreated bar will serve a curated selection of drinks as part of the suite’s wider hospitality offering.
Guests will also have access to dining and views of the tennis action at Arthur Ashe Stadium throughout the tournament.
Emirates Day Brings Cabin Crew onto the Court
Emirates is planning several fan activities during the two-week event.
On August 31, the airline will hold an “Emirates Day” at Arthur Ashe Stadium, with Emirates cabin crew taking part in the “Ball Flight” on court.
Following selected matches, cabin crew members will give winning players tennis balls to sign before launching them into the stands.
Fans who catch the balls will have the opportunity to win tickets to the Men’s Singles Semifinals.
Emirates will also operate a promotional booth at the US Open with interactive games and prizes, including the chance to win flights to Dubai.
US Open Menus Take Off on Emirates Flights
The US Open partnership will also extend to Emirates flights between Dubai and selected destinations in its U.S. network.
From August 23 through September 13, the airline is serving special tournament-inspired food and drinks across all four cabin classes on selected services.
The menu includes tennis ball-themed pastries, US Open chocolate buttons, key lime cupcakes and chocolate hazelnut Bundt cake.
Passengers can also order the GREY GOOSE Honey Deuce, the signature cocktail of the US Open.
First Class passengers will have access to dishes including a premium seafood platter, USDA Prime fillet mignon and s’mores-inspired desserts.
Business Class options include lobster rolls, smoked salmon and New York cheesecake, with selected dishes also available at Emirates lounges in Dubai and some U.S. cities.
Premium Economy and Economy menus include meatball rigatoni, BBQ chicken, pecan cheesecake and banana toffee crisp.
Emirates is also serving dishes such as truffle mac and cheese, BBQ short ribs and nachos in selected lounges for premium passengers.
US Open-branded coasters and headrest covers will appear across cabins during the tournament.
Passengers Can Watch the US Open Live in Flight
Emirates passengers travelling during the tournament will also be able to follow matches through the airline’s ice inflight entertainment system.
Live US Open coverage will be available on Sport 24 and Sport 24 Extra on selected aircraft.
The service allows passengers to watch the tournament while travelling rather than waiting until arrival to catch up on results.
Emirates Continues Global Tennis Sponsorship Strategy
The US Open is one of four Grand Slam tournaments included in Emirates’ global tennis sponsorship portfolio.
The airline has built a broader sports sponsorship strategy covering football, rugby, cricket, cycling, sailing and horse racing alongside tennis.
Its relationship with the US Open has now reached 15 consecutive years, making the tournament one of Emirates’ long-running sports partnerships in the United States.
For 2026, the airline is using the anniversary to connect its sponsorship more directly with its onboard product, bringing one of the A380’s most recognisable features into Arthur Ashe Stadium while simultaneously taking US Open-themed food and entertainment onto its aircraft.
