Yas Island to welcome new Harry Potter theme

The new addition to the park’s already astonishing action and adventure worlds sheds an entire different light over the unforgettable Harry Potter decors. The reimagined realm of wizards will be a part of the Immersive Lands section of the enormous park in Abu Dhabi.

Chairman of Miral commented with the occasion of the project’s launch.

This is yet another testament to our commitment to continue to position Yas Island as a top global destination for entertainment and leisure, and a great addition to Abu Dhabi’s tourism offerings, contributing to the growth and economic diversification of the Emirate,” said Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak.

World Abu Dhabi to bring this magical experience to life.”

With eight movies based on the best-selling book series written by author J. K. Rowling, who sold more than 600 million copies of her amazing work, Harry Potter was a huge global success gathering millions of admirers of all ages from all the corners of the world.

The soon-to-be-opened park will join a series of immersive theme land portfolio by Warner Bros. and Miral, such as Bedrock, Dynamite Gulch, Cartoon Junction, Gotham City, Metropolis, and many more. However, the exact date of the new Harry Potter themed land’s launch is yet to be released to the public.

Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi is the world’s largest indoor theme park and at the same time a leading global destination for fans in search of excitement and adventure. The park was established in 2018 and is owned and developed by Miral Asset Management.

Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi was awarded by Guinness World Records for its 1.65 million square feet of pure entertainment, as the park is as well expected to significantly contribute to Abu Dhabi’s touristic and economic further development.
