Visit Niagara Falls from a different perspective: zip line

People who feel more adventurous and enjoy having higher levels of adrenaline should definitely experience zip lining across Niagara Falls.
Niagara Falls is one of the most popular holiday destinations, with millions of people visiting it every year. But the thing is that now, when you visit the greatest falls in the world, you can benefit from a more adventurous experience: you can zip line across the falls.
You can thank the WildPlay Element Parks for this opportunity. They installed no less than four zip lines, but one thing’s for sure – this experience is not for the faint of heart. The adventure lovers will be cruising at nearly 40 miles per hour for about 2,200 feet and from about 220 feet up in the air. The entire ride takes about half a minute, but it is an incredibly intense one.
The zip lines are open through October and you’ll have to pay about $50 for one ride. Children under 7 years old are not allowed to undergo this adventure and in the case of those under 13 years old, they must be accompanied by their parents or an adult.
There are some people that believe that installing a zip line across the Niagara Falls is nothing but an affront to nature, the company that decided to install the zip line and provide people with a completely different experience says that this is only a sign of the times.
“We can’t make these into museums. We have to keep the general public — the folks that these places have been set aside for — we have to keep them motivated to get out there. How do you take a teenager and get them away from a game console to something that is going to capture their imagination?” Tom Benson asked, who is the co-founder and chief experience officer at the company behind the attraction.
For those looking for thrilling experiences, other adventures they may be interested in are zip lines at the Grand Canyon, but also the famous Whirlpool Adventure Course, which is situated right outside Vancouver.
