Turkish Airlines To Add Flights To Atlanta In 2016

Turkish Airlines has revealed it will launch a new route connecting Istanbul Atatürk Airport to Atlanta's Hartsfield Jackson International Airport.

The non-stop route to Atlanta will be the airline's second gateway in the south-eastern United States, after it announced a non-stop service to Miami International Airport that is set to launch in late October from.
Momentum in the US continues to increase for the airline as Atlanta will is set to be Turkish Airlines' ninth destination in the United States, offering one-stop connections to more than 270 destinations across the world in 110 countries through its Istanbul hub.
Atlanta will also become the 13th destination served in the Americas for Turkish Airlines, a worldwide leader in terms of countries and international destinations reached.
Ahmet Olmustur, Turkish Airlines, said: "The opening of our Atlanta gateway means that we will now be serving the world's busiest airport with only one connection.
"We believe that the level of award-winning service and amenities we offer will continue to have an important value, a defining one in the passengers' experience and what travellers have now come to expect from our long-haul international flights."
The new daily flights between Atlanta and Istanbul will be operated using the airline's Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.
