TripAdvisor has launched new airline reviews online platform

The quality of the flying itinerary can now be assessed directly on the new platform including upgraded flights search service and new “flyscore” feature

Customers can now compare flight options via new TripAdvisor reviews platform incorporating all major global airlines, as 350 million reviews and opinions are currently shared between travellers worldwide. Travel price, as well as overall flying experience are among features that the online visitors can be informed about.

According to the recent surveys in the sector, customers are not fully satisfied with in-flight amenities available information. That's how the TripAdvisor idea came to life.

“The time has come for a better way to research, compare and shop for flights. TripAdvisor is excited to innovate and lead with the launch of airline reviews in 48 markets in 29 languages. Additionally, we’ve introduced a set of new features within our search experience to help consumers better understand the true value of air travel beyond price. We know our users tell us it is not always easy for travellers to find the best options by just looking at the baseline price of a flight. We’re uniquely solving that problem by surfacing candid traveller reviews and photos, detailed amenities information and tools to find the lowest fares all on one site empowering flyers to pick the best itinerary for their trip,” declared Bryan Saltzburg, senior VP and GM at TripAdvisor's Global Flights Business division.

The advanced flights features include the Airline Reviews Platform, the Flyscore Option and the Enhanced Amenities, as the company has already announced additional enhancements to flight search later this year.
