The Legend Paracas Resort Opens as Part of Destination by Hyatt

Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) and El Pardo Hospitality today announced the debut of The Legend Paracas Resort, a new addition to the Destination by Hyatt brand. Located on Peru's coast, about three hours south of Lima, the 124-suite resort invites guests and World of Hyatt members to explore the natural wonders and historical legacy of Paracas. Nestled between the Paracas Nature Reserve and the Pacific Ocean, the resort offers panoramic views of Paracas Bay and desert hills, designed to provide immersive discovery, authentic design, and warm, welcoming service.

A Grand Unveiling

The resort’s grand opening features a fully renovated reception desk and lobby, along with enhancements aimed at enriching the guest experience. These include a covered parking garage with two EV chargers and a redesigned restaurant and bar inspired by Paracas culture, reflecting the connection between the desert and the sea.

Luxurious Suites

The Legend Paracas Resort comprises 124 two-room suites, each featuring private balconies or terraces with stunning ocean, garden, or pool views. The guestrooms are designed to reflect the natural beauty of the Paracas National Reserve, using wood and natural fabrics. Each suite includes a living room, kitchenette, and luxurious amenities such as Byredo toiletries, Nespresso machines, Dyson Supersonic hairdryers, and Bose Bluetooth speakers.

Culinary Delights

The resort offers three on-site culinary concepts:

• Azul: The signature restaurant and bar offering Peruvian and international flavors with fresh local ingredients.
• Rey de Las Olas Bar & Lounge: A casual beachfront restaurant.
• Pool Side Bar: Serving light bites and signature cocktails using Peruvian Pisco and local ingredients.

Additionally, Café Zokya offers authentic Peruvian coffee blends from three distinct regions, available throughout the hotel's dining areas and guestrooms.

At the heart of the resort is the spa, providing a variety of services such as massages, milk baths, scrubs, body wraps, and whirlpools. Other amenities include a well-equipped fitness center and a pool overlooking the ocean.
