Hilton Cape Town City Centre today announced the appointment of Margit Reisinger as food and beverage manager responsible for the culinary operations at the hotel.
HILTON CAPE TOWN CITY CENTRE STRENGTHENS ITS OPERATIONAL TEAM
Cape Town, SOUTH AFRICA – 16 April 2012 – Hilton Cape Town City Centre today announced the appointment of Margit Reisinger as food and beverage manager responsible for the culinary operations at the hotel.
This new appointment coincides with the recent announcement of Knud Bundgaard as director of culinary for Hilton Worldwide, Middle East and Africa. As a senior food and beverage operational resource, Knud will work closely with Margit to further develop and enhance the food and beverage offering at the hotel.
Austrian-born Margit has extensive experience in the hospitality industry having worked in hotels as both a food and beverage manager and restaurant manager at various locations including Austria, France, Singapore, Abu Dhabi and now South Africa. She joins the team at Hilton Cape Town City Centre after leaving a luxury hotel company in Jordan where she was responsible for seven food and beverage establishments within the hotel.
