Pandora Opens First London Airport Store at Gatwick

Pandora has opened its first London airport store at Gatwick, bringing its globally popular jewellery collections to travelers passing through the South Terminal.
The new boutique, which opened on August 15, offers passengers a full range of Pandora pieces, all made from 100% recycled gold and silver. Located post-security, the store features travel-themed charms, the signature ‘Best of British’ collection, and an on-site engraving service that lets shoppers personalize items with initials, symbols, or handwritten messages.
The launch comes as London Gatwick nears completion of a £7.5 million refurbishment of the South Terminal departure lounge. The revamp will deliver more seating, brighter lighting, quiet zones, and a relocated Assisted Travel Lounge for improved accessibility.
Stephane Geffroy, Head of Retail at London Gatwick, welcomed the new store, calling it “a fantastic addition” that enhances the retail experience with “something special” for every traveler.
Ross Monaghan, Sales Director at Pandora UK & Ireland, said the new location is a major step forward for the brand. “With over 43 million travelers at Gatwick in 2024 alone, this store connects us with a global audience. Whether it’s a last-minute gift or a personal keepsake, our goal is to offer meaningful jewellery to mark the moment.”
This is Pandora’s second standalone airport store in the UK and adds to the airport’s growing line-up of premium retail options. More openings, including GAIL’s Bakery, are expected in the coming months.
