New Excellent Wine Selection From Oceania Cruises
With the debut of the brand-new Oceania Vista, Oceania Cruises is introducing a fine wine selection across its seven cruise ships.
The selection is highlighted by 80 new brands and sommelier-led initiatives. All of Oceania's wines, which come from places like Italy, France, and South America, were hand-picked by the restaurant's chefs. The wines may be ordered in rooms, restaurants, and pubs. The sizes of the bottles range from 500ml to large.
The wines are now available on all ships in the fleet. Some of the best are the French Champagne Moet & Chandon's Dom Perignon, the Italian Super Tuscan Ornellaia Bolgheri Superiore, the Californian Napa Valley Mascot, and the Chilean Carmenère Vina Errazuriz Kai.
Additionally, Oceania has launched three new dining experiences as well as five new paired meals aboard the Vista, a ship that had its maiden voyage in May. The chief sommelier of the Ember restaurant hosts an exclusive two-hour Cellar's Wine Luncheon for guests once every week. There is a premium wine served with each of the five courses.
Following the announcement in April of a collaboration with Chapter 7 to produce a 20-year-old small-batch cask of Scotch whiskey in honour of Oceania's 20th anniversary, the restaurant has expanded its wine menu to include more options.
