Luxair Launches Helsinki–Luxembourg Route in Summer 2026

Luxembourg-based carrier Luxair will launch a new direct route between Helsinki Airport and Luxembourg starting 2 July 2026. The service will operate twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays, using the Embraer E195-E2 aircraft.
The connection is set to enhance travel options for both business and leisure passengers, offering smoother access between two important European hubs.
"This new route connects key cities and offers versatile onward connections from Luxembourg to Southern Europe," said Petri Vuori, SVP of Sales and Route Development at Finavia.
Travelers will also benefit from short access to Belgium, Germany, and France, including destinations like the Champagne region in northeastern France.
