Lufthansa, SIXT Partner for Premium First Class Limousine Transfers

Lufthansa has announced a new partnership with premium mobility provider SIXT to elevate its First Class Limousine Service at Frankfurt and Munich airports. The collaboration brings a fleet of 40 high-end SIXT vehicles into the Lufthansa premium ground service, offering direct terminal-to-aircraft transfers for First Class passengers and HON Circle Members.

 

This elite service—already a hallmark of Lufthansa’s commitment to luxury travel—has been in operation for 20 years, ensuring seamless and comfortable transitions for top-tier travelers. The newly branded SIXT vehicles, featuring both Lufthansa and SIXT logos and marked “Lufthansa Shuttle Service,” will now be the default ground transportation for these passengers.

“We are delighted to have gained a strong partner for our First Class limousine service in SIXT,” said Heiko Reitz, Lufthansa Airlines Executive Board Member and Hub Manager in Munich. “This allows us to better respond to our guests' growing needs for more flexibility and individualized premium experiences.”

SIXT, a long-time partner of Lufthansa across various services, echoed the sentiment.

The enhanced limousine service represents a shared vision between the two brands—to deliver a seamless, luxurious, and personalized travel experience from the terminal door to the aircraft stairs.
