London Stansted Airport is preparing for a strong year ahead as it expands its route network with new airlines and destinations, offering passengers a wider range of travel options in 2026.

A key addition to the airport’s schedule is Turkish Airlines, which will make its debut at Stansted on 18 March. The airline will operate flights to Istanbul up to 15 times a week, providing passengers with access to onward connections across its global network of more than 350 destinations spanning Asia, Africa, Australia, and other regions.

Several airlines are also introducing new or expanded services across Europe. Ryanair will launch twice-weekly flights to Malmö from 1 April and add additional services to Glasgow starting 29 March. easyJet will begin flights to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport on 5 March, while AJet is set to introduce services to Bodrum from 26 June.

Further expansion is planned for the summer season. Jet2.com will add new routes to Jerez de la Frontera from 1 May, Samos from 7 May, and La Palma from 26 October. TUI will introduce flights to Kos starting 7 May, while BA CityFlyer will begin services to Olbia on 23 May.

Ciaran Brannigan, Commercial Director at London Stansted, said the additions reflect the airport’s ongoing growth as a major travel hub. He noted that the expanded schedule will provide passengers with greater choice, improved connectivity, and more convenient options for both leisure and business travel across Europe and beyond.
