JetBlue has launched daily nonstop flights between Fort Lauderdale and Cali, adding a fourth Colombian destination to its network as it expands operations in South Florida.
The service began on 15 October 2026, connecting Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) with Alfonso Bonilla Aragón International Airport (CLO), which serves Cali. Passengers travelling from Colombia can also connect at Fort Lauderdale to other destinations in JetBlue’s network.
Cali joins Cartagena, Medellín and Barranquilla, with the latter added from Fort Lauderdale earlier in October.
Fort Lauderdale–Cali flight schedule
JetBlue is operating the route with Airbus A320 aircraft. The published daily schedule is:
| Route | Flight | Departure | Arrival |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fort Lauderdale–Cali | B6 1535 | 10:05 | 12:52 |
| Cali–Fort Lauderdale | B6 1540 | 14:10 | 19:00 |
All times are local. Schedules may vary.
Launch fares from Fort Lauderdale to Cali start at $139 one way in Main and $239 in EvenMore, available for a limited time through JetBlue’s website.
Main includes complimentary snacks and drinks, seatback entertainment and the airline’s Fly-Fi Wi-Fi service, subject to availability and coverage. EvenMore offers extra legroom, early boarding, dedicated overhead bin space and priority security where available.
A fourth destination in Colombia
Known for its salsa music and dance scene, Cali is also a major business and cultural centre in southwestern Colombia. The new route serves leisure and business travellers, as well as passengers visiting friends and relatives.
“This new service gives customers more options to travel between Colombia and South Florida, and connect beyond Fort Lauderdale, reflecting our continued commitment to the country and our focus on growing in markets where we see strong customer demand and opportunities to offer greater choice and competition,” said Daniel Shurz, JetBlue’s Senior Vice President of Revenue, Network and Enterprise Planning.
Latin America and the Caribbean account for approximately one-third of JetBlue’s overall capacity, according to the airline.
JetBlue builds towards its largest Fort Lauderdale schedule
The Cali launch forms part of a broader expansion at Fort Lauderdale, JetBlue’s first destination and one of its major focus cities.
Since December 2025, the airline has added 12 nonstop destinations from FLL and increased daily departures by more than 75% compared with the corresponding period a year earlier. Eight destinations launched within a single week in July.
Further additions are scheduled for November, with flights to Columbus, Indianapolis and San Diego. During peak periods this winter, JetBlue expects to operate more than 150 daily departures from Fort Lauderdale, its largest schedule at the airport to date.
