Insider Journeys introduces Japan tours
Increased demand for Japan trips have resulted in Asia specialist Insider Journeys expanding its services with new destination
Due to growing market demand, Insider Journeys in partnership with the Japan National Tourism Organisation have created the first travel brochure including a selection of popular hot-spots and activities in Japan.
From sumo wrestling tournaments, to temples, arts and specific Asian customs, Japanese traditions unveil to both tourists and travel agents.
Among recommendations, the West Japan Experience promises an 11-day innovative journey to discover the countryside of Western Japan. The package includes visiting of the Dobontori area in Osaka, the Buddhist “Shukubo” temple in Mount Koya, the Gion district in Kyoto, famous for its geisha culture and the Kasuga-taisha shrine in Nara, considered to be a part of the world heritage.
Tourists can also discover Tokyo, in a personalised city trip. The 4-day escape unveils the city's most popular hot-spots and activities related to local art and architecture, shrines, river cruising, sumo wrestling, as well as visits to the world-famous Tsukiji fish market.
